About the Client Company

We are now looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is ready for a new and exciting assignment with a company in Hallstahammar!

Your Responsibilities

In the role of Marketing Coordinator, you will have a central and varied position where you work both strategically and operationally in a global context. You will lead and coordinate global MarCom campaigns in line with the company’s overall business and brand strategy, as well as drive regional marketing in China through localized initiatives that strengthen presence and engagement in the market.

You will be responsible for creating, publishing, and following up on content in social media with a focus on analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement. The role also includes overall responsibility for the company’s participation in trade fairs and exhibitions worldwide, where you will drive project management, planning, and creative execution.

Furthermore, you will contribute strategic support in brand development, including rebranding and brand renewals. You will be responsible for website content and SEO work to increase traffic, visibility, and conversion, as well as develop and streamline automated email campaigns for better audience targeting and engagement.

The work is done in close collaboration with internal teams and external agencies, where you lead cross-functional collaborations and ensure that campaigns and content maintain high quality and are delivered on schedule.

Your Profile

You have a relevant background in marketing, communication, or PR and are used to driving projects from idea to execution. Experience in project management is a requirement, and if you have also worked with events or fairs, we see it as a significant plus!

As a person, you are self-driven and proactive, with the ability to make your own decisions and drive your work forward. You are flexible, innovative, and thrive in a dynamic environment. You communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.

Additional Information

This assignment is for 12 months with the client.
